We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • A full refund may be issued if a cancellation request is made within 10 days of purchase and before any work has commenced.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if work has begun but has not been fully completed.
  • No refunds will be provided once the final service has been delivered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed web design projects or delivered digital products
  • Custom development work once started
  • Consultation or strategy sessions after they have been conducted
  • Monthly retainer services after the billing period has begun

3. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their service by sending a written request to support@webdesignformoms.com.
  • Cancellations requested after work has begun may be subject to fees based on the progress of the project.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for any transaction fees deducted by third-party payment processors.
